A little bit of floor progress

We started refinishing the living room and dining room floors. Some before shots and the current progress shot. The floors are soft pine so the problem is we have to do it by hand or else lose half of it to a power sander.

The master bedroom carpet is scrubbed and smells a little less like cat pee.

Treasures we found up in the attic. A black straw hat and a vintage Gold's box with some cute duck wrapping paper inside.


The dining room light fixture is also cleaner thanks to my mom!

Unfortunately, we are once again expecting 5"-7" of snow overnight so who knows when we will be able to dig out again. Snow photos may be coming soon!
